Ingredients
150 grams non-fat plain Greek yogurt
20 grams lite cream cheese, softened
20 grams vanilla protein powder
7 grams sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
3 tablespoons water
5 grams graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, and cheesecake pudding mix.
2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Add the water and mix again until creamy.
4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into a small jar or dish.
5. Top with crushed graham cracker crumbs.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or place in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
