No Bake Twix Slice perfect dessert with caramel, chocolate, and almond-oat base. A homemade Twix slice recipe easy to make and one of the best no bake Twix slice for families.
Ingredients
Caramel Layer:
⅔ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Base Layer:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup homemade oat flour
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
Chocolate Layer:
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix almond flour, oat flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Press base into the pan.
3. Stir peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread over base. Freeze 1 hour.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Pour over caramel layer.
5. Freeze for 10–12 minutes until firm. Slice into 12 bars with a warm knife.
6. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate.
For keto, use stevia-sweetened chocolate and sugar-free syrup.
For nut-free, swap peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
