Ingredients
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
½ cup crushed ice
1 tbsp blueberry puree (for the waves)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Sugar (for rim)
Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Rim your glass with sugar to create that seafoam sparkle. Chill in freezer.
2. In a blender, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Take your chilled glass and swirl blueberry puree along the inside.
4. Gently pour the creamy blend into the glass, letting the swirl show through.
5. Drizzle blue curaçao on top for the deep ocean effect.
6. Top with whipped cream and sugared blueberries. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make it a mocktail, replace rum with coconut water or pineapple soda, and use blue raspberry syrup instead of blue curaçao.
Use chilled glassware and quality puree for the best visual effect.
Best enjoyed fresh, but you can freeze the blend and re-blend if prepping ahead.
