Description
Ocean Peach Punch is a fizzy, fruity, and tropical drink with peach schnapps, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao. It’s the ultimate summer party punch—bright, beachy, and beautifully swirled.
Ingredients
1 cup peach schnapps
1 cup coconut rum (such as Malibu)
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup peach nectar or juice
½ cup blue curaçao (for that ocean swirl)
1 cup lemon-lime soda (for fizz, added just before serving)
1 cup chopped fresh or canned peaches
Ice (as needed)
Optional: fresh mint, orange slices, or edible glitter for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine peach schnapps, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and peach nectar. Stir to blend.
2. Slowly pour in the blue curaçao. Stir slightly to create a layered, wave-like effect.
3. Add chopped peaches and plenty of ice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Just before serving, top with lemon-lime soda for a sparkling lift.
5. Ladle into glasses over ice. Garnish with mint, orange slices, or a sprinkle of edible glitter.
Notes
Mix the punch base ahead of time, but add soda just before serving to keep it fizzy.
Use frozen peach slices instead of ice to chill the punch without dilution.
For a mocktail version, replace alcohol with extra peach nectar and soda.
Store leftovers (without soda) in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
