Description

This One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak and Cheese Ravioli is a cozy, high-protein dinner that’s rich, fast, and feels like a hug on a plate. Perfect for busy nights when you want something fancy but quick.

Ingredients

12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli until al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.

2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear the steak pieces until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

5. Stir in the cream and Parmesan. Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

6. Return the cooked steak and ravioli to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

7. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes, then garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

This recipe works beautifully with refrigerated or homemade ravioli avoid frozen unless fully thawed.

Use ribeye or NY strip if you want a more indulgent steak bite.

Make it spicier by adding a full ½ tsp red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce to the cream.
