Description
A decadent Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Roll that blends chocolate cake, creamy Oreo filling, and white chocolate drizzle. Perfect for easy holiday desserts, quick Oreo cheesecake rolls, and fun family treats.
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix (or homemade chocolate cake)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (for filling)
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 6–8 cookies)
1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
4–6 whole Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Extra crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare chocolate cake mix with eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Pour batter into pan and bake 12–15 minutes.
3. Dust a clean towel with powdered sugar. Invert cake, peel parchment, and roll while warm. Let cool.
4. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and fold in crushed Oreos.
5. Unroll cooled cake, spread Oreo filling evenly, and re-roll tightly. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour.
6. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, sprinkle with crushed Oreos, and top with whole Oreos.
7. Slice into portions and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served chilled for clean slices.
