Description
These Peach Pie Cruffins combine buttery crescent dough, peach preserves, and cinnamon for a quick, bakery-style pastry. Glazed while warm, they’re the perfect balance of flaky, sweet, and spiced.
Ingredients
→ For the Cruffins
3 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup peach preserves or peach jam
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ For the Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. In a small bowl, stir together peach preserves and cinnamon.
3. Unroll crescent dough and press seams into a rectangle.
4. Spread peach mixture thinly over dough. Roll into a log. Cut in half, then slice each half lengthwise to show swirls.
5. Twist each strip, coil into spirals, and place into muffin tin cups.
6. Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
7. Mix powdered sugar and cream, drizzle glaze over warm cruffins, and let it seep into the layers.
Notes
Best served warm, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently for best texture.
