Ingredients
4 chocolate-glazed donuts
1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (like Reese’s)
For the Peanut Butter Drizzle:
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Fold in crushed peanut butter cups. Chill 30 minutes.
2. Slice chocolate-glazed donuts in half. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the bottoms.
3. Spoon or pipe chilled filling onto peanut butter-coated halves. Top with other donut halves.
4. Warm peanut butter with milk for 20 seconds, stir until smooth. Adjust milk if needed.
5. Drizzle over donuts, garnish with extra peanut butter cups, and serve immediately.
