Description
Perfect Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups golden, cheesy, and buttery. A family favorite that doubles as easy dinners or garlic butter appetizers for parties.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
½ cup water
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef, drain fat, stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
2. Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
3. Stretch pizza dough into 10×15 inch rectangle on floured surface.
4. Spread beef over dough, top with bacon and cheddar, leaving a border.
5. Roll dough tightly into a log, pinch edges to seal.
6. Slice log into 1-inch pieces, place on baking sheet.
7. Melt butter, stir in garlic and parsley, brush over rolls.
8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
Notes
Make Ahead: Assemble raw rollups, refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Freezer: Freeze baked or unbaked up to 2 months, reheat in oven or air fryer.
