Description

This pink lemonade fluff salad recipe is a quick, fruity no bake dessert with Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and instant lemon pudding. A perfect make-ahead sweet side for parties, potlucks, and holiday picnics.


Ingredients

1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix (dry)

1 can (12 oz) frozen pink lemonade concentrate (thawed, not diluted)

1½ cups mini marshmallows

1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or drained canned)

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

½ cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Whisk it up In a large bowl, whisk together whipped topping, dry lemon pudding mix, and pink lemonade concentrate. Whisk it like you mean it. It should look smooth and feel like sunshine.
