Description

Pink lemonade gelatin shots recipe made with lemon vodka, fresh lemon shells, and optional edible glitter. Tart, boozy, and perfect for slicing into pretty wedges.


Ingredients

6 lemons, halved and hollowed

2 (1 oz) packets unflavored gelatin

1 cup pink lemonade

½ cup lemon vodka

½ cup regular vodka

Optional: sanding sugar, edible glitter for garnish


Instructions

1. Cut lemons in half lengthwise and carefully hollow them out.

2. Heat pink lemonade over medium heat in a saucepan.

3. Add unflavored gelatin, stir until dissolved (about 5 minutes).

4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon vodka and regular vodka.

5. Balance lemon halves in tray and pour in the gelatin mix.

6. Chill for 3 hours or until firmly set.

7. Slice into wedges and garnish with glitter or sugar before serving.


Notes

Keep lemon halves steady with foil or ramekins. Chill overnight for best slicing results. Use pink lemonade concentrate for a sweeter version.
