1 box (3 oz) grape or berry-flavored jello

1 cup boiling water

½ cup cold water

½ cup vanilla vodka or berry rum

**Top Layer (Pink Lemonade):**

1 packet Pink Starburst drink mix or pink lemonade powder

1 box (3 oz) unflavored gelatin

1 cup boiling water

½ cup cold water

½ cup whipped vodka or coconut rum

Instructions

1. In a bowl, dissolve grape or berry jello in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add cold water and vodka/rum. Mix and pour halfway into 2 oz plastic cups. Refrigerate 1–1.5 hours.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk drink mix and unflavored gelatin. Add boiling water and dissolve completely. Stir in cold water and whipped vodka/coconut rum. Let cool to room temp.

3. Once purple layer is firm, pour pink layer over top gently. Chill an additional 2–3 hours until fully set.

4. Serve chilled directly in cups, optional garnish with glitter or candy.
