This Pull Apart Cookie Dough Cheesecake Loaf Recipe is creamy, gooey, and chocolatey all in one bite. A dessert that layers classic cookie dough with sweet cheesecake filling perfect for holidays, potlucks, or just cozy evenings at home.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 large Egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Cheesecake Filling
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 large Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Optional Topping
Chocolate Glaze or Melted Chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and both sugars until fluffy.
4. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet; stir until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, yolk, and vanilla until creamy.
8. Scoop tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls and flatten slightly.
9. Layer flattened dough and cheesecake filling in the loaf pan, alternating.
10. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
11. Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then lift out and let cool completely.
12. Drizzle with chocolate glaze or melted chocolate before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freezes well when wrapped tightly.
Best enjoyed slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
