Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice (100% pure, chilled)
½ cup coconut cream (thick canned kind)
2 scoops rainbow sherbet (use multiple colors)
½ cup crushed ice (adjust for texture)
Optional garnishes:
1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry
1 tsp grenadine or fruit syrup drizzle
Instructions
1. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, rainbow sherbet, and crushed ice into blender.
2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add extra juice if too thick.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
4. Drizzle grenadine on top for a rainbow swirl effect.
5. Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.
6. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
