Description

This Reese’s Swirl Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting is creamy, fluffy, and rich with peanut butter and chocolate. A quick, no-bake topping for cakes, brownies, or cupcakes.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (3.4 oz)

2 cups cold milk

1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Extra Reese’s for topping (optional)


Instructions

1. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until thick and smooth.

2. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until creamy and combined.

3. Fold in the Cool Whip gently with a spatula to keep it fluffy.

4. Stir in crushed Reese’s, saving a little for garnish.

5. Spread or pipe onto desserts and top with more Reese’s if desired.

6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.


Notes

You can substitute sugar-free pudding or homemade stabilized whipped cream.

Use as frosting, dip, or cupcake filling.
