Ingredients
1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing: 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your pan.
2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
3. Dip biscuits in melted butter, coat in sugar mixture, and arrange in pan.
4. Chop apple pie filling, mix with vanilla, and spread over biscuits.
5. Sprinkle leftover sugar mix and butter on top. Bake 35 minutes.
6. Mix confectioners’ sugar with milk for icing. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
Notes
For a twist, try using peach or cherry pie filling.
