Description

This strawberry cheesecake protein shake is creamy, sweet, and high in protein—made with frozen strawberries, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix. A perfect healthy treat that blends in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup light almond milk (Hiland or Silk)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup strawberries (frozen preferred)

1 tablespoon sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

1 cup ice (½ cup if strawberries are frozen)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a thicker, creamier texture.

To make it richer, add a tablespoon of cream cheese or Greek yogurt.

For a smoothie bowl version, reduce the almond milk and top with granola or extra berries.
