Summer Mango Coconut Float Milkshake is a creamy tropical treat blended with ripe mango, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients
1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
½ cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for topping
Toasted shredded coconut, for garnish
Mango slices or maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine mango chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into chilled glasses.
4. Top each glass with whipped cream and toasted shredded coconut.
5. Garnish with mango slices or cherries if desired.
6. Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Use frozen mango for a thicker texture. Adjust coconut milk for creaminess. Best served fresh.
