Description
This summer pineapple lemonade punch is fizzy, fruity, and refreshing. Made with pineapple juice, lemonade, and ginger ale, it’s the perfect easy drink for hot days, cookouts, and summer parties.
Ingredients
3 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
2 cups lemonade (homemade or store-bought, chilled)
1½ cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
Fresh pineapple wedges and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemonade, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
2. Taste and sweeten with honey or simple syrup if needed.
3. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale or soda and stir gently.
4. Add ice to individual glasses or directly into the pitcher.
5. Garnish with pineapple wedges and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
Notes
Freeze pineapple chunks or lemon slices ahead to chill without dilution. Add soda last to keep it fizzy. Easily doubles for parties.
