This Triple Cheese Bacon Ranch Melt Recipe is a gooey, crispy, high-protein lunch idea loaded with cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, ranch, and bacon. A 30-minute cheesy meal your family will ask for again and again.
Ingredients
8 slices of bread
12 slices of bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and prep Set your oven to 375°F.Get your baking sheet ready no fuss, just love.
Step 2: Crisp that bacon Cook your bacon low and slow in a skillet. Then drain and chop.
Step 3: Mix the cheese In a bowl, toss together the cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack.
Step 4: Build your base Butter one side of each bread slice. Lay half, butter-down, on your baking sheet.
Step 5: Layer it up On each slice : Add cheese.Add bacon.Drizzle ranch.Add more cheese.Then top with another bread slice, butter-side up.

Notes
Make it vegetarian by skipping bacon and adding roasted mushrooms.
